Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

In a large shallow dish combine seasoning blend, cornmeal, flour, chile powder and salt. Mix well to make sure it is well combined.

Place a couple of steak fingers at a time in a bowl filled with milk. Then place them in dry mixture and flip meat over to make sure all sides are coated. Lay on a baking sheet covered with non-stick foil. Repeat until all meat is done.

Cook for 15 minutes and then flip over the steak fingers. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until done.

Remove from oven and lightly season with salt.
