Curatam cartofii, ii spalam bine, taiem patratele, punem intr-o oala apa la fiert, cand fierbe adaugam cartofii .lasam 15 minute dupa care adaugam ardeiul taiat bucatele mici, lasam inca 10 minute; Prajim carnatul, adaugam, rosia decojita si taiata marunt, cele 2 lg de bulion, sare,piper,vegeta, putin patrunjel si amestecam, lasam inca 5 minute ; Luam de pe foc, turnam in oala cu cartofii si ardeii, amestecam bine, lasam inca 10 minute ; La final adaugam patrunjel. Se serveste calda.
